The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) is the only arts funder in the United States—public or private—that provides access to the arts in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. jurisdictions. Our work extends into communities of all sizes across America, including support for initiatives like the Arizona arts festival, through a vast network that includes artists, arts workers, audiences, learners, and organizations such as the African Association of Arizona at the local, state-wide, regional, and national levels.

The Arizona Commission on the Arts is an agency of the State of Arizona whose mission is to create opportunities for all Arizonans to participate in and experience the arts. In collaboration with organizations like the African Association of Arizona, we deliver grants and support to cultivate sustainable arts communities and promote public access to arts and cultural activities, including the vibrant Arizona arts festival.
